Everything is ordered online and delivered to your door by An Post. This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the Republic of Ireland only.
Delivery options
- Standard Post: €3.50 for up to 4 comics, or €5 for 5 or more comics or any order with a book (trade paperback, hardcover, omnibus, manga volume, novel or box set). Not tracked. Usually arrives 2–5 working days after we post it.
- Registered Post: €13. Tracked and signed for. Usually arrives 1–3 working days after we post it. We'll email you the tracking number.
- Free delivery on orders over €60.

When we post
- We aim to post in-stock items within 2 working days of your order.
- Pull List preorders are billed and posted when they arrive, or held in your pull box until the date you choose. See How preorders work.
- We'll always deliver within 30 days of your order, unless we've agreed a different date with you (for example, a preorder's release date).
Delivery times are An Post's estimates and can be longer around holidays or in bad weather.
Lost or late parcels
Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you, whichever delivery option you choose.
- If a Standard Post parcel hasn't arrived 10 working days after we posted it, email us. We'll check with An Post and then send a replacement or give you a full refund.
- For Registered Post, you can follow your parcel with the tracking number. If it's stuck or missing, tell us and we'll chase An Post for you.
Registered Post gives you tracking and a signature on delivery, which is worth it for valuable or graded comics.
Damaged in the post
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the items before you throw anything away, and email them to us with your order number. We'll replace the item or refund you, as explained in our Returns Policy.
Your delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange sending it again. We may need to charge the postage a second time.
