We only accept returns in the following cases:
The comic book is damaged on arrival.
The comic book is faulty (e.g., pages missing, print defects).
The comic book does not match the description provided at the time of sale.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or unwanted items.

Vintage comics are only returnable if they are unopened and in the original “as sold” condition.
Opened, handled, or altered vintage comics are not eligible for return, except where required by law.

Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
Provide Photos: Attach clear photos showing the damage, fault, or issue with your comic.
Wait for Instructions: Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 working days with return instructions.

If your return is approved, we’ll let you know how to send the item back to us.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise required by law.
Once we receive and inspect the comic, we’ll offer you a replacement, store credit, or a full refund (including any standard postage costs, if applicable).
If stock of the item is low or unavailable, you will be offered a full refund.
Returns must be in the original packaging, where possible.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
