Reserve it before it's printed. Pay when it lands.

New comics are ordered from our distributor about two months before they come out. Your Pull List is how you reserve them. It's free to use, and you only pay when your comics arrive.

Add comics to your Pull List

Browse the Pull List and add the comics you want. You'll need an account so we can keep your list safe.

Submit before the order deadline

Every comic shows an "Order by" date. Submit your list before then. You can change it right up to that date.

We order them for you

After the deadline we place our order with the distributor. Your comic is locked in and shows as Ready to ship.

They arrive in your pull box

When your comics land with us, they go into your own pull box, kept safe until they're sent.

Pay and we post

We email you a bill with a pay link. Once it's paid, your comics are posted straight to your door.

The words you'll see

Pull List: the comics you want us to reserve for you.
Order by / FOC: the "final order cutoff". It's the last day we can order a comic from the distributor. After it passes, the comic can't be added or removed.
Pull box: where your comics wait after they arrive, until they're sent to you.
Variant covers: different covers for the same issue. Add the ones you want. Ratio variants (marked 1:10, 1:25 and so on) aren't available to preorder.

Paying

You don't pay anything when you submit your Pull List.
To submit, you'll be asked to save a card in your account. It shows us you're serious about the order. It isn't charged when you submit.
When your comics arrive, we email you a bill with a pay link for the comics and postage. Delivery is free when the order is over €60.

Sending your comics

In your account you choose how your comics are sent:

As they arrive: we bill and post them as soon as they land with us.
Hold and send together: pick a date and we keep everything in your pull box until then. You pay one postage charge for the lot, and you're more likely to hit free delivery.

If something changes

Changed your mind before the "Order by" date? Just remove the comic from your list. There's no charge.
After the "Order by" date? We've ordered it for you, so please email us before we send your bill and we'll do our best to help. Once a comic is delivered, you have 14 days to send it back under our Returns Policy.
Delayed comic: publishers sometimes move release dates. Your comic stays on your list and comes when it's ready.
Cancelled or short-shipped: if a publisher cancels a book, or our distributor sends us fewer copies than we ordered, we'll email you. You won't be charged for anything we can't supply.

Quick questions

Can I preorder without an account?

No. Your Pull List lives in your account, so you can track it and change it until the deadline.

What about comics that are already out?

Comics in stock are bought the normal way. Add them to your basket and check out. New Releases shows what's in stock now.

How do I see what I've ordered?

Go to My Account. Your Pull List shows what's waiting to be submitted, what's submitted and what's ready to ship.
